Who is CannaLog for?
CannaLog is built for UK medical cannabis patients with an active prescription from a CQC-registered prescribing clinic. If you're tracking sessions, managing stock from multiple products, or preparing reports for clinical reviews, CannaLog is for you.
Do I need a UK medical cannabis prescription to use CannaLog?
You can create an account and explore the interface without a prescription, but CannaLog's core value — Digital Cabinet, session logging against prescribed products, and clinical reports — assumes you have an active UK CBPM prescription. The UK Formulary catalogue inside CannaLog only contains licensed UK products.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. We host exclusively in the UK, are registered with the ICO, and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We do not sell your data to clinics, pharmacies, advertisers, or anyone else — full stop.

Can my doctor or clinic see what I log?
Only when you explicitly choose to share. CannaLog generates doctor-ready PDF reports you can download and email, or share via a one-time link that expires after viewing. Your clinic never has automatic, ongoing access to your logged sessions or personal notes.
How much does CannaLog cost?
CannaLog is free to start with no credit card required. Premium features (advanced clinical insights, multi-prescription tools, unlimited PDF reports) will be available on a paid tier — pricing announced ahead of launch. Patients who sign up before launch lock in our founding-patient rate.
Will CannaLog work with my prescription?
The CannaLog UK Formulary catalogue includes every licensed UK medical cannabis product — Flos, oils, pastilles, cartridges, and more — pulled from the same source clinics use. If your prescribed product is licensed in the UK, it's in CannaLog. New products are added the day they hit the formulary.
Can I use CannaLog when I'm travelling?
Yes. CannaLog generates a UK CBPM-compliant Travel Letter (PDF) for border staff and airlines, plus a printable Emergency Card for A&E. Both pull live data from your active prescription. Patients heading outside the UK should always check the destination country's rules — we provide the paperwork, not legal cover for foreign jurisdictions.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, all your personal data — prescriptions, sessions, photos, notes — is permanently removed from active systems within 24 hours, and from encrypted backups within 30 days. The only thing we retain is a record of the deletion itself (an audit trail required by data-protection regulation).
